Most of our products are individual items, handcrafted for you. Returns are not placed back on our warehouse shelves as we cannot resell them. This is why we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order. And if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, simply use our

Simply return your product within 30 days of receiving your shipment. It doesn’t matter if it doesn’t fit, doesn’t suit you or isn’t what you expected – just return it. You can choose from the following options:
Exchange for a new product
Exchange for a voucher code to be redeemed on your next order
Refund of the cost of your product, provided the product was not manufactured specifically for you
Refund of the cost of your product and shipping fee if we sent you the wrong items or if you received damaged products
Before sending your package back, please contact our Customer Service Team and provide your order number.
Returns Process
If you have requested a refund, please be aware that returned funds usually take 7-21 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds).
If you requested a voucher, it usually takes 24-48 hours to issue a voucher code.
If you have requested an exchange for a different size or style, you will be sent an email to let you know as soon as the reprint has started.
Who covers the shipping cost?
Saleples will pay the shipping cost in cases where the items arrived damaged or are confirmed by a Saleples representative as defective or you received the wrong products.
For all other cases, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
How to avoid returns
a). Get a sample before placing a bulk order
When planning an order for yourself and your team, you may be unsure about which sizes, styles and colors to order. Order a simple product without any prints first, as we can take them back without any problems. If you order, for example, a printed phone case to test the print quality, we will accept the return and give you a voucher or a new product. This way, you will help protect the environment and save resources.
b). Calculate with a buffer period
We are quite fast, but we cannot give any guarantees. This may be due to reasons related to product stock and delivery times, etc. If your order doesn’t arrive in time for your colleague’s birthday, wedding or retirement party, this unfortunately does not constitute a reason for return. If you need something super fast, use the Express Shipping Option to get your order as quickly as possible.
