Shipping Policy
All products are shipped from other countries via international shipping and are subject to taxes that must be paid by the buyer.
Products in the same order may be shipped separately, depending on product availability.
The delivery time is provided before the order is finalized and also in the order confirmation email. The delivery time is only an estimate and the time to receive the order depends on factors such as: store inventory, possible carrier strike, delay in payment of taxes that are the buyer’s responsibility or more distant delivery locations that do not have more sophisticated logistics. Unforeseen events can significantly influence the delivery time. The time is a general average based on the average time it takes for the carrier to deliver orders.
For your safety, we recommend that before signing the delivery notice delivered by the carrier, check if there is any type of tampering with the packaging. If you notice any type of problem or if the packaging has been opened, file a complaint with the delivery person and deny receipt of the product, contacting us immediately through our customer service channel. This measure aims to ensure your right to the guarantee on the purchased merchandise and, if it is not collected, a new product will not be sent back and the customer will not be reimbursed for the amount.
