Exchange and Refund Policy
- Return Window: You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days with photos if the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs for “change of mind” are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the costs.
